Club teaching is the mainstream teaching form of taekwondo at present.The rapid development in the global scope,the reason is that the public attention to physical exercise,parents pay attention to children's health problems,support and encourage children to participate in physical exercise.Taekwondo is favored by teenagers and parents due to its comprehensiveness and inclusiveness to participants.However,as a new sport,taekwondo is not included in school sports,thus creating a good atmosphere for the development of taekwondo club.As the main body of teaching in club teaching,the coach's teaching effect is an important factor to reflect the quality of club teaching.The content and quality of teaching have been paid much attention by experts and scholars.Therefore,this study has certain practical significance and reference value in evaluating the teaching effect of coaches.This research adopts the research methods of literature,questionnaire,Delphi,entropy and mathematical statistics to study the teaching effect of club coaches.In accordance with the effective teaching theory and teaching evaluation theory,on the basis of understanding the teaching characteristics of taekwondo clubs,this paper first constructs the teaching evaluation index system for the coaches of the clubs,then applies the index system to the evaluation of three taekwondo clubs,and puts forward the breakthrough path to improve the teaching effect of the coaches.The main conclusions of this paper are:(1)by summarizing the previous research experience and combining with relevant theories,Delphi method is used to construct the teaching effect evaluation index system for taekwondo club coaches.The research shows that there are 4first-level indicators and 31 second-level indicators in the teaching effect evaluation index system for taekwondo club coaches.(2)entropy method is applied to analyze the evaluation index system of teaching effect of taekwondo club coaches,and the weight of each index is analyzed in detail,which reflects the influencing factors in the teaching effect of taekwondo club coaches.(3)the 360-degree feedback method is used to apply the evaluation index system to the actual operation.The study finds that the teaching effect of taekwondo club coaches is a common result under the influence of multiple factors,among which thelower the score,the greater the influence on the teaching effect.Therefore,in order to improve the teaching effect of taekwondo club coaches,it is necessary to take the teaching effect evaluation index system of taekwondo club coaches as the basis and four first-level indicators as the entry point to improve the second-level indicators that fail to meet the requirements.(4)breakthrough path of taekwondo club coaches' teaching effect:(1)establish high-quality teaching service system;(2)to build a diversified teaching and training model;(3)improve the operation mechanism of the teaching team;(4)establish a feedback system of teaching satisfaction.This study provides reasonable Suggestions for taekwondo clubs to evaluate the teaching effect.First,taekwondo club coaches should improve their deficiencies under the guidance of the evaluation index system.Secondly,the coach teaching evaluation index system is used to formulate a set of rules and regulations in line with the current teaching situation of the gym,so as to guarantee the teaching effect of the gym.Finally,club managers should bring the evaluation index system into the core of teaching development and carry out teaching evaluation of self-evaluation and mutual evaluation regularly.
