This study is based on the new trend that our country advocates to cultivate the positive psychological quality of college students to prevent the occurrence of psychological problems.It takes the teaching of Health Qigong as the starting point,and the cultivation of students’ positive psychological quality as the direction.It integrates the advanced concepts and methods of positive psychology into the actual teaching process of Health Qigong,aiming to explore the design of Health Qigong teaching based on the concept of positive psychology,and to explore its promotion effect on the development of students’ positive psychological quality and its practical application value.It is expected to provide new ideas and practical basis for the teaching of Health Qigong,improve and replenish the traditional teaching of Health Qigong,provide practical experience for the application of positive psychology in the field of physical education,and provide a new way to cultivate the positive psychological quality of college students,improve the mental health level of college students,and promote the all-round and healthy development of college students.In this study,51 students from 2018’s department of medical technology of Zibo Vocational Institute were selected as the experimental subjects,and the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics were used.Combined with the characteristics and teaching content of Health Qigong,the concept of positive psychology is integrated into the teaching of Health Qigong,and in the process of teaching,the design of physical education teaching activities aimed at cultivating students’ positive psychological quality is integrated.Then,the differences of various indexes of positive psychological qualitybetween the experimental class and the control class were tested.Then,analyzed and discussedthe effect of the teaching of Health Qigong based on the concept of positive psychology on the cultivation of College Students’ positive psychological quality.The results are as follows:1、Compared with the traditional teaching of Health Qigong,the teaching of Health Qigong based on the concept of positive psychology has a better promotion effect on the development of five dimensions of College Students’ positive psychological quality: interpersonal,courage,wisdom and knowledge,justice and transcendence.However,there is no significant difference between the two kinds of teaching in the dimension of moderation.2、Compared with the traditional teaching of Health Qigong,the teaching of Health Qigong based on the concept of positive psychology is more conducive to the improvement of the level of creativity,curiosity,love of learning,valor and persistence,leadership,spirituality,social intelligence,integrity and fairness,team spirit,love and friendlinessfactors among the 20 positive psychological quality factors of college students.3、The teaching of Health Qigong based on the concept of positive psychology is more conducive to the acquisition of positive emotional experience and the improvement of subjective well-being of college students.4、By comparing the theoretical and technical assessment results of the two groups of subjects after the experiment,it is found that compared with the traditional teaching of Health Qigong,the teaching of Health Qigong based on the concept of positive psychology is better in the standardization,accuracy and improvement of the technical examination results of the students’ mastery of Health Qigong,but there is no significant difference between the two kinds of teaching in the comparison of theoretical assessment results. |
