Research purpose: 50 m freestyle is a kind of physical energy leading event,which is mainly supplied by glycolysis,supplemented by phosphoric acid and aerobic energy.It emphasizes speed and explosive force.Physical ability plays an important role in its performance.This paper starts from the winter physical training of Liu Xiang,an excellent athlete of this event,to study the theory and practice of physical training in this event.Research methods: This paper adopts case study,expert interview,observation and literature.Through participating in the 16 weeks winter physical training of excellent athlete Liu Xiang from 2018 to 2019,interviewing the physical and technical experts of the project and consulting the physical and special literature of the project,the theoretical and practical research on the physical training of 50 m freestyle was carried out.Research results: Before the start of winter training,based on the physical characteristics of 50 m freestyle,Liu Xiang’s own physical condition,Liu Xiang’s special weakness and technical needs,a physical training plan was formulated,which not only made up for Liu Xiang’s lack of basic physical ability,but also further matched the special physical ability with the special technology and improved the special performance.2.Liu Xiang used the aerobic training in water to improve her aerobic ability in altitude training,and used the resistance training on land to offset the adverse effects of altitude training on reducing lean body weight,so as to achieve the training objectives of increasing muscle and reducing fat,improving strength level and aerobic ability.3.The 15 m distance before departure of 50 m freestyle is divided into three stages: off platform take-off,underwater dolphin kick and out of water start.Liu Xiang’s performance in 15 m before departure is improved after corresponding special strength and explosive force training.Research conclusion: 1.Based on the physical characteristics of 50 m freestyle events,the physical ability of athletes and technical diagnosis,the physical training plan can improve the weak links of athletes and make physical training more targeted and specific.2.50 freestyle athletes can improve their strength and aerobic ability at the same time,and achieve the purpose of increasing muscle and reducing fat by using the resistance training on land and aerobic training on water on the plateau.3.The 50 m Freestyler can improve the performance of the first 15 meters by increasing strength and explosiveness. |
