| The long jump has always been a competition,and the difference between a few centimeters is a sports item that can be played in the left and right.The accurate running is the basis of a good test jump,and the accurate pedal is the key to the good test jump.In each type of competition,even the world’s excellent athletes will have the situation that the performance of inaccurate pedals and the result of the competition is greatly reduced and the ranking is lost.The problem of poor pedal accuracy often occurs among excellent athletes in our country.In addition,the problem is even more serious among college sports majors who are reserve sports talents.How to improve the accuracy of run-up and pedals has hardly been practiced by the predecessors through special training.At present,in order to explore and solve the fundamental problem of poor accuracy of long jump run-up pedals,the author attempts to take the current sports situation of long jump special students majoring in physical education in colleges and universities as a starting point,and through the run-up practice experiment of taking run-up step marks,to explore whether the application of mark running in long jump run-up teaching and training for college physical education students can effectively improve the accuracy of students’ run-up pedals.This paper takes 14 male track and field long jump special students from 2016 education college of Beijing sports university as the experimental objects,and uses the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics as the research methods.This paper studies and analyzes the influence of the mark running exercise method on the accuracy of the run-up pedal through the four indexes of the step length of the three steps before and after the run-up,the pedal error,the accurate number of pedals and the long jump performance.After 12 weeks of training,through the comparison and analysis of the experimental results,the following conclusions are drawn:1.After twelve weeks of marking running practice for long jump students,the pedal error of the experimental group was obviously reduced,the accuracy of pedal was obviously improved,and the score of long jump was also improved,while that of the control group was not significantly improved.2.Mark running practice can improve the stability of the first three steps and the last three steps of the run-up.It has a very significant effect on improving the stability of the run-up rhythm and the accuracy of the run-up pedal.3.According to the experimental results produced by the marked running practice in this study,it can provide some theoretical support and reference for the majority of PE teachers and coaches to use the marked running practice method in the long jump run-up teaching and training in the future. |
