Objective: To study the effect of different training parameters on players’ specific speed endurance under different exercise load by summarizing and refining the methods and means of small-field.To enrich the research on the influence of small-field game-style exercises on football players’ mobilization of speed endurance,to provide reference for coaches.Research method: This article relies on the literature data method to collect and summarize relevant reference materials,and establishes the research object and experimental scheme through the expert interview method.The research objects are:1)the anaerobic speed and endurance training in 2V2 small field with two different intervals under two goals;2)anaerobic speed and endurance training in 4V4 small field with two different intervals under two goals;3)under the two goals,after 4V4 was intermittently constant,two forms of anaerobic speed and endurance training in2V2 small field were conducted;4)under the two goals,after the intermittent decrease of 4V4,two forms of 2V2 small-field anaerobic speed endurance training were conducted.Finally,the mathematical statistics method is used to analyze the experimental information and the obtained data.Experimental results: 1)Two 2V2 small-sided games with different interval times 2 are more suitable for anaerobic speed endurance lactic acid tolerance training;2)Two 4V4 small-sided games with different intervals 1 are more suitable for anaerobic speed endurance Lactic acid training;3)2V2 Form 2 small-sided games after 4V4 Form 2 is more suitable for lactic acid tolerance training,2V2 Form 2training after 4V4 Form 1 is more suitable for lactic acid maximum training;4)Six different In the 2V2 small-sided games under the influence of load control factors,2V2 Form 2 training after 4V4 Form 1 is more suitable for lactic acid maximum training,the 2V2 type 2 small-side competition after the 4V4 form 2 is more suitable for the training of anaerobic speed endurance lactic acid tolerance. |
