| Rhythmic gymnastics group exercise is the key breakthrough project in our country.In recent years,with the cycle of international rhythmic gymnastics codes of points constantly updated and the level of rhythmic gymnastics technologies constantly improved,rhythmic gymnastics group exercise develops toward highly difficult,highly competitive,innovative and highly artistic directions.As an important technical features of group exercise,as well as an main features which is different from the characteristic of individual exercise,difficulty with exchange plays a more and more important role in rhythmic gymnastics group exercice.The arrangement level of the difficulty with exchange and execution quality become one of the important factors that influence the final result.The research is established in the FIG international rhythmic gymnastics codes of points,and choose the final eight teams of National Championships of rhythmic gymnastics in 2016 and 2016 Brazil Olympic Games as the analytic objects.By using the methods of documentary,investigation,video analysis and mathematical statistics,contrast and analysis difficulty with exchange at home and abroad from the value of the difficulty with exchange,complete quality,space structure,the forms of difficulty with exchange,seek gaps between our rhythmic gymnastics group exercise and Brazil Olympic Games final eight teams in difficulty with exchange,provide certain theoretical reference for further promoting the integral level of our country’s rhythmic gymnastics group exercise.The results show that:(1)The successive grading rules’ changes on group exercise difficulty with exchange are mainly concentrated in difficulty with exchange quantity,the form of exchange and the value of difficulty with exchange,etc.The difficulty with exchange is increasingly important in the codes of points.(2)The arrangement values of difficulty with exchange are at the same level between our country’s teams and Brazil Olympic Games final eight teams.Difficulty with exchange combining B.M mainly concentrated in Passe and Free leg below horizontal etc.Compared with Brazil Olympic Games final eight teams,the quantity of difficulty with exchange combining B.M is less,and the body movements are not neoteric in our country.B.M and 6 meters in difficulty with exchange are the most elements;Difficulty with exchange combining elements in our country and in Brazil Olympic Games final eight teams are relatively abundant,while the types are not keep in balance.(3)Compared with Rio Olympic Games final eight teams,there is a wide gap in execution quality of exchange difficulty in our country.Imprecise trajectory and catch in flight phenomenon is serious,and there are a lot of incorrect hangings of basic technique.That catch in flight with 3 or more steps results in difficulty with exchange is main reason affecting the execution quality.In our country,the utilization of spatial level in difficulty with exchange body movements is relatively balanced,while there are the lack of variety in the spacial level of apparatus elements.(4)The formation in our country is lack of quantity and types,as well as liquidity,the form of difficulty with exchange is mainly static.(5)Difficulty with exchange in the form of time elements and participation in the number of factors in our country are abundant,but the form of static exchange is more than the top eight teams of the Olympic Games. |
