With the development of China’s national economy and the diversified needs of the people for spiritual and cultural life,chess games have not only appeared on the competitive arena,but now they are shared in the education and training market as a special interest to promote intellectual development and cultivate aesthetic interest.A place that is loved by teenagers and their parents.Jinan has a long history of Go development.This article takes the development status and countermeasures of Go training institutions in Jinan as the research object.According to the research needs,five representative and well-developed Go training institutions are selected as the investigation objects.Comprehensively use the literature analysis method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method to conduct an in-depth investigation on the basic situation of these five Go training institutions,comprehensively understand the development status and main problems of Go training institutions,and put forward countermeasures.The following conclusions are drawn through research:(1)The development of Jinan Go training institutions has a certain scale: the training institutions expand business operations by adding campuses.Go training institutions have different situations in terms of coach recruitment,student enrollment,course setting,and corporate publicity,and there is a lack of unified go training guidance.(2)The coaches in the Go training institutions are mainly full-time coaches and part-time coaches,and the qualifications of full-time coaches are not uniform.There are Go grade certificates,teacher qualification certificates,coach certificates,etc.,which shows that the coaches have varying levels of chess skills Uneven,and there are few high-level and high-qualified coaches.(3)The Go training institutions set their own Go content,time,frequency and charging standards,lacking external unified control.The Go students recruited by the organization are mainly preschool children.Parents are satisfied with the quality of the company ’s Go education,but other services of the company still need to be improved.(4)Go training institutions are accustomed to adopting traditional and on-the-spot methods for enrollment and publicity,and fail to make good use of technology to develop new publicity channels.(5)According to the current situation and insufficiency of recruiting coaches,recruiting students,logistics services,and brand publicity of Go training institutions,it is proposed to strengthen the regulation of the Go training market,improve the overall quality of coaches,attach importance to institutional promotion and establish a humanized service system.Development Strategy.
