Sports training market refers to the sports market with sports training service as the main trading object.Its development is gradually growing with the reform and opening up of China,the development of education and sports.Jinan,as the capital city of Shandong Province,is in the forefront of Shandong Province in terms of political,economic and sports development.With the increasing influence of basketball,the demand for basketball for the masses is also increasing.More and more teenagers are gradually joining the basketball game.However,due to the limitation of school physical education curriculum and the lack of community professional instructors,the technical level of basketball-loving teenagers can not be effectively improved.In this case,the basketball training industry has developed rapidly.Therefore,through investigating the current situation of the construction of coaches in Jinan basketball training market,this study analyses the factors that affect the development of coaches in Jinan basketball training market,which is of great significance to promote the long-term development of Jinan basketball training industry.By using the methods of documentation,expert interviews,questionnaires and mathematical statistics,this paper investigates the basic situation,teaching,training and management of the coaches in Jinan basketball training market,and draws the following conclusions:1.The age structure of coaches in Jinan basketball training market is relatively reasonable and younger,which promotes the development of coaches.However,the relatively lack of highly educated and high-level coaches is not conducive to the long-term and stable development of basketball training market.2.The proportion of part-time coaches in Jinan basketball training market is relatively high,and the degree of full-time coaches needs to be improved.The situation of coaches holding coach qualification certificates is not optimistic.Because of the conflict between examination time and class training time,most coaches have not taken relevant examinations,and the phenomenon of undocumented induction is serious.3.The coaches in Jinan basketball training market lack systematicness in the process of teaching and training.There is a gap between the training plan and the actual implementation.The training methods are more traditional and lack of innovation.4.The recruitment management of coaches in Jinan basketball training market is unscientific and the admission threshold is low.The importance of coaches’ training is low,the training system is imperfect,and the content is relatively lack of pertinence.5.The mobility of coaches in Jinan basketball training market is relatively large,and the transfer of coaches among coaches is relatively frequent,which has a certain impact on the training progress of students.In view of the above research foundation,according to the problems existing in the construction of coaches in Jinan basketball training market,the following suggestions are put forward:1.Make rational use of the younger characteristics of coaches in Jinan basketball training market,vigorously train young coaches to become a dynamic and comprehensive coaches team;at the same time,introduce high-level coaches with high salaries.2.Strengthen the professional level of coaches in Jinan basketball training market;and all basketball training institutions need to pay more attention to coaches’ qualification certificates,actively guide their coaches to study,participate in relevant certificate examinations,and further enhance the professionalism of coaches.3.Strengthen the management of the coaches and put forward strict requirements for the formulation of training plans;the coaches should constantly innovate training methods,enrich training methods and enhance the systematicness of teaching and training;in addition,further improve the training system of the coaches,strengthen the opportunities for the coaches to go out for training and learning,and improve the quality of training.4.Basketball training institutions should improve the welfare of excellent coaches to prevent brain drain and reduce the rotation of coaches in internal gymnasiums.Handling the handover of training tasks in rotation can prevent students from influencing their training progress.
