The Development Of Village Sports From The Perspective Of Logic Of Peasants’ Actions

With the development of all elements of Chinese sports and the promotion of Rural Revitalization Strategy,the development of rural sports has become a hot spot for a while.As the basis of rural sports development,the development of village sports is related to the overall situation of national fitness layout,sports power and Rural Revitalization.However,at present,the development of sports in many remote villages is particularly embarrassed,and it is almost becoming a sports desert.What’s more,the relevant research has not paid enough attention to this phenomenon by ignoring the sports interests of peasant group.Based on these backgrounds,this study takes Chencun,a mountainous village in the southeast of Shanxi Province,as an example,from the logical perspective of peasants’ actions,and comprehensively applies the research methods of field survey,literature review,and logic analysis to analyze the impact of logic of peasants’ actions on the development of village sports.This research first sorts out the history and current situation of Chencun’s sports development,presents the changes in the sports participation of Chencun farmers and the actual situation of sports activities under the changing times.On this basis,this paper analyzes the implied action logic of farmers under the representation of the development of village sports in Chencun,and gives a specific explanation from four dimensions of frolic and physical strength,life orientation,action unit,the proliferation of private culture and rational restriction,and explains how the action logic of farmers fundamentally affects the sports concept and participation behavior of villagers,thus leading to the delay and even elimination of the development of village sports.The results show that:(1)The village sports in Chencun show different patterns in collectivism period,individuation period and individuation development period;(2)Under the representation of the development of village sports in Chencun,there are some deep action logics reflected,such as the age stratification of frolic and physical strength,the urban-rural division of life orientation,the public-private division of action units,the proliferation of private culture and the expansion of economic rationality;(3)As the fundamental criterion of all the actions of farmers,the action logic of farmers deeply influences all the actions of villagers in daily life,including the participation of sports activities;(4)Under the influence of the logic of peasants’ actions,which originated from the traditional feudal society of China,the development of village sports is in a state of freedom on the whole,lacking the support from the inside and outside of village society;(5)The logic of peasants’ actions formed in the closed and lagged traditional society is deeply rooted,which hinders the promotion of modern public sports services.Although the logic of peasants’ actions under the individual growth has brought the spiritual soil of modernity to the development of village sports,at the same time,the problems such as the atomization of farmers,the expansion of economic rationality and the decline of village publicity have formed resistance to the sinking of modern public sports services.Based on the respect of the peasants’ subjectivity in the development of village sports,this study breaks through the restriction of peasants’ action logic on the development of village sports from the perspective of the coordinated efforts of the country and village groups in village sports governance.It considers that the government should rectify the "spinning" type of public sports service supply and build a people-friendly local sports culture;Internally,the advanced value of modern capable people represented by village cadres and village doctors should be brought into full play at the administrative village level of the "semi-acquaintance society",and collectives should be promoted on the basis of respect for peasants’ consciousness at the village group level of the "acquaintance society".
