| In this paper,the current situation of farmers' sports social support in Bei Wang Xiang Bei Wang Village,Fushan County,Linfen City,Shanxi Province is taken as the research object.The methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and so on are used in this paper.Based on the analysis of the present situation and development countermeasures of farmers' sports activities in Bei Wang Village,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The farmers in Bei Wang Village have a low economic level,a low level of education and a small number of people participating in sports.Most farmers do not participate in physical exercise due to lack of ideological awareness and lack of spare time.The farmers in Bei Wang Village have a variety of sports activities,but the farmers' sports concept is old,and their cognition of the role of sports activities is relatively one-sided.They pay more attention to the fitness and disease prevention functions of sports,thus neglecting the recreational functions of physical exercises.Communicative function,adjustment of mental illness,etc.2.There is a village sports activity room in Bei Wang village,but the basic level sports organization is not perfect,the sports work is absent,the government organization sports organization is disjointed between all levels,the serious lack of sports organization and professional talent.The farmers in Bei Wang Village have low consciousness of sports consumption,and the supply of sports funds for grass-roots farmers is insufficient.The sports activities of farmers are rich and colorful,but there are few competitive sports competitions,and the development process of farmers' sports activities in North Wang Village is slow.Investigate the reason,one is the farmer sports consciousness is weaker;the second is the work that the government carries out is not in place.The government's financial support for farmers' sports activities is not enough.On the part of the government,sports talents should be widely accepted and sports work should be carried out.Multi-channel introduction of funds.3.At present,there are two grassroots sports organizations in the North King.To a certain extent,it meets the sports cultural needs of some farmers,but there is no fixed source of funds and no perfect organization and management mechanism.The support of non-governmental organizations for farmers' sports activities is low.It should support grassroots sports organizations and improve the management of non-governmental organizations.Department.4.Local enterprises,the cause of farmers sports support is not strong enough,the help to farmers sports is only the tip of the iceberg,but compared with the past has made great progress,government departments should strengthen exchanges with various enterprises,Giving full play to the social welfare of enterprises and protecting the social responsibility of the vulnerable groups will be an important duty to pay attention to the farmers' sports needs such as paying attention to the development of farmers' sports,investing in the construction of stadiums and facilities,sponsoring sports events,and so on.5.The present situation of individual support for farmers' sports activities in Bei Wang Village is mainly characterized by technical support and emotional support,while the awareness of individual financial and material support for peasant sports is weak.In North Wang Village,personal financial support,material resources almost non-existent.It is necessary to cultivate farmers' sports consciousness and realize the sharing of sports resources among people. |
