| Softball,originated in Jinzhong,Shanxi Province in 1991,is a national characteristic sport with Chinese style.In recent years,soft ball project is popular all over the country,and has been favored by more and more people.With the development of soft ball project,the technical level of soft ball has higher requirements.In order to improve the quality of soft ball teaching and meet the requirements of the times of rapid development of soft ball.Based on the theory of bilateral transfer of sports skills,this paper conceives a new teaching method of soft ball,which can provide teaching and practice reference for coaches and athletes engaged in the cause of soft ball.This paper uses the methods of expert interview,literature,experiment and mathematical statistics to establish the feasibility and specific operation process of the experiment,and formulate the experiment content and scheme.Then the teaching experiment research is carried out,and finally the results of the experiment are analyzed and discussed by means of mathematical statistics.In this paper,20 students of Beijing Sport University who have no soft ball foundation are taken as the experimental objects.Based on the theory of two-sided transfer,they are divided into two groups: experimental group and control group.The control group carries out the study of traditional dominant side hand(right hand).The experimental group first carries out the study of weak side hand(left hand),and 32 hours later carries out the soft ball technical level test.After obtaining the results of the two groups,independent samples are used The statistical method of t-test is used to analyze the difference of soft ball skill level between the experimental group and the control group,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)It has positive significance to apply the theory of movement skill two side transfer to the teaching of soft ball,and has achieved good results.It has a positive impact on improving the technical level of soft ball service,forward and backhand high throw low receive,forward and backhand high receive low throw.(2)The effect of adding the non dominant side to the practice of serving,catching and throwing skills of soft ball is significantly higher than that of only using the dominant side,and in the technical action of backhand catching and throwing high and low balls,the success rate of hitting is improved to a certain extent.(3)The application of the concept of two side transfer in the teaching of soft ball helps students to establish the correct concept of movement,improve the cognition of movement,reduce the time of formation of movement skills,improve the efficiency of classroom teaching and students’ learning,and efficiently complete the training tasks and contents. |
