Abstract/Summary:
Research purpose: Through constructing the content of children’s physical fitness curriculum and practically exploring the effect of the course’s active intervention on children’s physical fitness,in order to enrich and improve the content of physical fitness activities of children and promote the improvement of children’s physical fitness in China.This study not only provides new ideas for the design of physical fitness curriculum for young children,but also provides more theoretical suggestions for the development of physical activities in early childhood education.In this study,four methods were adopted,namely,literature data method,expert interview method,experiment method and mathematical statistics method.Firstly,relevant literature data collected were sorted out and analyzed.After expert interview,the obtained results were comprehensively analyzed,and the physical fitness course contents of small class,middle class and large class were constructed respectively.A total of 72 children aged 3 to 6 from Beijing beijia-montessori kindergarten were selected for 12 weeks of physical fitness course intervention,which was conducted twice a week for 1 hour each time.The constructed curriculum contents of physical fitness of children were effectively implemented,and relevant data were obtained through experimental comparison to clarify the effectiveness of physical fitness curriculum in children’s physical development.The following three conclusions were drawn through the experiment:1.Physical fitness courses for children of all ages improve their physical quality to different degrees.The primary class mainly improves physical quality: balance,coordination,agility,speed,flexibility quality;The main physical qualities improved in the intermediate and advanced classes are: balance,coordination,agility,speed,strength and flexibility;The basic movements of children’s physical fitness course include heel lifting,obstacle running,jumping jump,forward crawling on hands and knees,hand and foot jumping,standing on one foot,hanging on the horizontal bar,supporting on the horizontal bar with both arms,throwing on the front shoulder and rolling forward on the spot.2.After 12 weeks of children’s fitness curriculum practice,the experimental group on the child’s physical quality development as a whole is better than the control group infants,a reverse layup in tennis throw far,10 meters on quality training exists significant difference(P < 0.05),the standing long jump,and your feet jump quality training is extremely significant difference(P < 0.01),the fitness course for young children’s coordination,speed,strength,sensitive aspects of the development of the physical quality has a significant effect.3.After 12 weeks of physical fitness training for children,the comparison between the experimental groups showed that there were significant differences in the four physical fitness tests of standing long jump,tennis long throw,10-meter round run and balance beam walking among the children in the primary class(P < 0.05).The children in the intermediate class and the advanced class of the experimental group showed significant differences in standing long jump,long tennis throw,10-meter round run and jumping with both feet(P < 0.05).The comparison between the control groups showed that the children in the intermediate class only had significant difference in the sitting body proneness test(P < 0.05),while the children in the advanced class only had significant difference in the 10-meter round-tripping test(P < 0.05).
