Abstract/Summary:
Research Objective: This study analyzed and compared the effects of 8 weeks of different lower limb complex training to explore the effect of different intensity complex training on the strength of lower limb strength of healthy male youth and the risk of skeletal muscle micro-injury.Research Methods: Sixteen healthy young men were recruited and randomly divided into a high-intensity training group(group H)and a low-intensity training group(group L),with eight in each group.Among them, the H group used 85% 1RM weight for resistance training, and the L group used 60% 1RM weight for resistance training. The plyometric training programs of two groups were completely consistent. The training intervention in this study lasted for 8 weeks, and completed one training session each Tuesday and Friday. The subjects were subjected to 1RM test,T test, and isokinetic strength test of knee joints before and after 8 weeks of training. The venous blood of the subjects was collected on the fasting morning, immediately after training and 24 hours after training on the day of the first training and the last training, and relevant blood biochemical indicators were tested.Research Results: After 8 weeks of complex training, the squat 1RM and T test scores of the two groups of subjects have significantly improved compared with before training(P <0.05),and the above indicators of the two groups of subjects were at 8weeks There was no significant difference between the amplitudes of changes before and after training(P> 0.05).The results of the isokinetic maximum strength test and isokinetic rapid strength test showed that the peak torque and average power of the anterior and posterior muscle groups of the knee joint of the two groups were significantly improved after the 8-week complex training(P < 0.05),and the increase in maximum strength of the anterior group muscles of knee joint in group H was significantly greater than that in group L(P <0.05),while the increase in rapid strength of the anterior group muscles of knee joint in group L was significantly greater than in group H(P <0.05).During the first and last training blood biochemical index tests,it was found that the CK,CK-MM,Mb,and LDH indicators of the two groups of subjects showed different degrees of improvement immediately after training, and 24 hours after training.Hours were further improved(P <0.05),and the increase in CK,CK-MM,and Mb in the H group after training was significantly greater than that in the L group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the elevation of LDH after training between the two groups(P >0.05).Research Conclusion: Both high-intensity and low-intensity complex training can effectively increase the body’s strength and explosive power, but high-intensity complex training can more effectively increase the maximum strength of a single joint, and low-intensity complex training can more effectively improve the rapid strength of a single joint. In addition, compared with high-intensity,low-intensity complex training has a lower risk of skeletal muscle micro-injury.
