In order to offer experiment foundation for exploring a kind of finer and new nutrition fortifier which can protect from micro-injury and accelerate muscle repair and serve for training and exercise for health of people, this text observed the effects of nutrition intervention while supplied active-peptides or ginseng.136 male SD rats were randomly divided into no-exercise control group and four exercise groups: supply H2O(HE),soy protein(PRE),soy peptides(PEE) and ginseng G115(GE) by avoirdupois, and each exercise group was divided into four groups by post-exercise 0 hour,24 hours,48 hours and 72 hours based on the mechanism of injury and repair, thus rats were divided 17groups, which every group has 8 rats. Exercise groups rats had to interval eccentric-exercise of 120minutes, which the speed was 16metre/mintues, grade was–160, rest 2 minutes after exercise 5 minutes. Rats were slay respectively and former limb skeletal muscles were fetched for electron-microscope,microscope observation and determining the expression of desmin and vimentin. Indexes such as Serum CK,serum MDA,muscle G6PDH and muscleβ- GUS were determined.Results:1): The shape structure and ultra-micro- structure had changed follow the change of time within different range after eccentric exercise, and the most severe change occurred post-exercise 24-48hours; Supply peptides had finer restrain effect again these abnormal changes and accelerate effect to repair these changes than supply protein; Supply ginseng could alleviate these changes.2): Different range escape from dye of anti-desmin antibody and positive dye of anti- vimentin antibody had took place, which this change was most obvious in post-exercise 24 hours. Supply peptides and protein can alleviate these changes, but the former had finer effects than the later. Supply ginseng can obviously restrain these changes.3): Serum CK and MDA enhanced after eccentric exercise. Them reached peak in 24 hours post-exercise, but the correlation between them was not obvious. Supply peptides could restrain the enhancement of CK in 24 hours and MDA in 48 hours, but supply protein could not resume the level of CK and MDA in 72 hours post-exercise. Supply ginseng had definite and no-obvious effects on restraining enhancement and accelerating resume of CK, but had obvious effect on MDA.4): The content of urine 3-MH sharply enhanced and reached peak in o hour, and begin to resume in 48 hours. Supply peptides had finer restrain effect than supply protein. The effect of supply ginseng was not obvious.5): The content of skeletalβ- GUS sharply enhanced and reached peak in o hour, but can not resume in 72 hours. The content of skeletal G6PDH obviously enhanced and reached peak in 24 hour. Supply peptides could obviously decline the enhancement of the two sign enzymes of inflammation reaction, but the effect of supply protein was not obvious. Supply ginseng could obviously restrain the enhancement of skeletal GUS and G6PDH.Conclusion:1): One eccentric exercise can induce delayed micro-injuries of skeletal muscle, and the possible reason was cooperated with mechanism and chemistry factor.2): Supply peptides and protein can prevent the occurrence of exercise-induced micro-injuries of skeletal muscle, but supply peptides had finer effects than supply protein in this field and in promoting the repair of micro-injuries; Analyzed from integer, the effect of peptides on micro-injuries and repairs emphasized particularly on the later, so the effect mechanism of peptides mostly lied on accelerating repairs.3): Ginseng can obviously restrain the micro-injuries, but the effect mechanism of it mostly lied on the protection.
