The Comparative Research On The Management Of Public And Corporate Sports Stadiums

With the arrival of the golden age of China’s sports industry,the stadium industry has entered the development of historical strategic opportunities.Venues has played a very important role in the supply of public sports services,as well as in promoting the deep integration of the "national fitness" and "national health".However,the stadium industry is also facing a serious challenge.On the one hand the stadium operation has market-oriented components,on the other hand it also takes into account the cause or public welfare of the composition.The above also created a special cause of the dilemma.As the nature of the two different types of business and enterprise-style venues,scholars and experts have given much attention on whether its operating conditions are different in different regions.This study takes the Kunming Sports Center and Xingyao Sports Center in Kunming as examples to analyze the differences between the two different operating properties and to find out the factors that restrict the development of the two places in order to improve the operation and management ability of Yunnan venues,and finally to find out corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The research methods adopted in this study include literature,expert interviews and comparative analysis.The survey subjects are Kunming Sports Center and Xingyao Sports Center,focusing on the operation,management system and operational benefits of the above two sports centers.Detailed comparative analysis the conclusions drawn include:1.There is a general lack of professional personnel in both types of venues;2.Enterprise-type venue incentive mechanism is more reasonable and the compensation system design is fair;3.Enterprise-style venues lack policy support and there are obstacles to the operation of the venue;4.Enterprise-style venues operating efficiency is better than the cause of the venue;5.The social benefits of the business venues are better than those of enterprise venues;6.The physical properties of the sports venues.According to the actual needs,the author gives the following recommendations:1.Attention to the introduction of venues operating professional teams and talents;2.Establishing a scientific incentive and restraint mechanism;3.The government should implement support policies to promote the development of venues;4.Adhere to the combination of economic and social benefits to enhance the level of public service venues;5.Developing innovative venues management mechanism and activate the vitality of the development of venues;6.Constantly improving the public sports service of government’s buying sports stadiums policy;7.Attention to the application of media technology in the operation and management of the stadium.
