| Nowadays,with fiercer competitions and more opportunities at the same time,"adversity" increases.People are under greater pressures,such as busy work,unemployment risk,unfamiliar environment,fast pace of life and fierce competition.However,only a few people can get through those challenges and most people find it quite difficult to deal with them.So it is quite necessary to explore what makes the differences.In this context,the research on AQ is brought into being.This thesis mainly discusses adversity’s basic principle,the key components and theoretical sources.Based on a survey about AQ of part of college physical education teachers and physical culture workers in Fuzhou,it tries to explore how college physical education teachers improve the ability of adversity quotient education and apply it to practice.By means of documents,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and so on,the thesis analyzes the results of the survey and concludes as followed:(1)Generally,the college PE teachers in Fuzhou have a certain awareness and understanding of the AQ.There are 8 teacher who get a full understanding,accounting for 10.9%of the total number.The numbers of teachers who select "understanding" and"just heard" are 39 and 22 accounting for 53.4%of total number of teachers and 30.1%.(2)The level of College PE teachers’ adversity quotient in Fuzhou remains medium,but the cause and responsibility level is low,so it is necessary for colleges in Fuzhou to impose adversity quotient education.(3)In regard to adversity quotient of,the characteristics of the college PE teachers in Fuzhou are that they have better performance in control,adversity influence and endurance.This means with their adversity quotient,these teachers can control their own behaviors reasonably and diminish its impact.But as teachers,they are lacking the sense of responsibility and pride.(4)For college PE teachers,the problem in education mechanisms leads to the lack of responsibility and pride.A long-time emphasis on intellectual education rather than physical education depresses the teachers’ enthusiasm and makes them lose motivation.(5)A series of crises are caused by the whole social environment,such as the strict requirements of the parents,imbalance of teachers’ pay and work,constantly-changing way of education and its indirect effects on college PE teachers.Those issues are intertwined with other factors,resulting in a bias for work motivation and an obstacle of their development. |
