The new sports and health course from the Angle of pedagogy and psychology, paying attention to the students' "whole person" development, raises the student becomes a "society," special advocate notice students' psychological health and social adaptation ability. Compulsory education ((curriculum standard "explicitly pointed out:" sports and health course focuses on the core is to satisfy the needs of the students and pay attention to students' emotional experience, promote the all-round development of socialist new growth. From the curriculum design to evaluate all aspects of; always put students' initiative and comprehensive development in central position. At the same time in 2002 national ministry of education issued by China national ordinary university physical education curriculum teaching guidelines for ordinary high school in sports and health lesson of basic goal setting developing the students' psychological health objectives and social adaptation of targets, with the requirement to cultivate students overcome and pointed out that the ability to overcome adversity. Therefore, the attention trains the student in adversity in the psychology bearing capacity is very important.This study in a large collection of the adversity quotient of relevant information, combined with sports activities in its particularity, in this paper, based on the research of in the sports teaching the implementation of the "inverse business" education, and tries to high school students adversity quotient of impact study. Adopt experiment teaching method and questionnaire investigation method, the selection of high school, class two grade class respectively to verify that in comparative classes and workshops in sports teaching implementation of "education for high school students inverse business" adversity quotient effect.Through the above research and investigation, the following conclusions:(1) in sports teaching implementation "inverse quotient education", can effective improve high school boys adversity quotient problem attribution ability and bear ability, and there exist significant differences. But for adversity quotient control and the impact of range of improving effect is not obvious.
