Study On Optimal Service Quality Of Hospice Care Institutions For The Elderly

The quality of hospice care is one of the key factors for the development of hospice care model.Along with the social aging degree of deepening and the increased number of elderly terminally ill,the elderly hospice care arises at the historic moment.Existing hospice care in the elderly,in general,the service quality is not high,compared with the developed countries hospice care agency service quality there is still a large gap.To improve the quality of care of dying old man let its dignified and comfortable journey of life,need to improve service quality of institutions,therefore,study the elderly hospice care service quality optimization path is of great significance.This paper takes the service quality of hospice nursing institutions for the elderly as the research object,applies the welfare pluralism theory,social need theory,adopts the literature review method,questionnaire interview method and other research methods,and carries out the research from the following aspects.The first combed the related research in the academic and put forward in this paper,the research content and research steps;Second to explain and illustrate the core concepts of the paper,finishing the current development of the old hospice care institutions in China;Then build peace in the elderly care institutions service quality evaluation system,with the aid of analytic hierarchy process（ahp）to calculate the weights of each indicator;The fourth part through the form of questionnaire and on-the-spot visiting,further understand the elderly hospice care organization present situation of the service quality;The fifth part from the present situation of hospice care agency service quality problems found in combining the questionnaire data and interview to dig deeper into the reasons of the problem.Part 6 by developed countries for reference to the old construction experience of the development of hospice care institutions,according to China’s national conditions and reality conditions,to explore the hospice care organization optimization measures of service quality;Finally put forward the study conclusion and shortage,the future was forecasted.Through the study found that Qingdao quality hospice care agency services,the overall satisfaction is not high,there is lack of professional nursing talents construction lack integrity,care and psychological counseling,personalized service,less by drawing from Britain,the United States and Germany three hospice care institutions for state construction experience,put forward some with the old hospice care institutions in our country’s service quality optimization path matching measures,specific to multiple main body participation,absorb the social capital intervention and expand the scope of medical insurance reimbursement,to attract professional talents,the construction of nursing team high-quality talent,strengthen the psychological counseling,equipped with professional psychological counseling,Innovate personalized care plan,broaden financing channels,etc.
