Abstract/Summary:
In 2018,the national tax system carried out institutional reform.Under the background of the merger of national and local taxes,K City immediately established four trans-regional inspection bureaus in October 2018.Under the new pattern,the trans-regional inspection Bureau of K City has initially shown its advantages of reform,but the problems of imperfect human resource management system are also clearly revealed.The management level of human resources is directly related to the effectiveness of the inspection.Therefore,this paper selects the tax inspection system of K city as the research object,aiming to optimize the organization of human resources in the tax inspection system of K City.This paper is mainly divided into six parts to elaborate,the first part mainly introduces the reason of topic selection,research status,research content and methods;The second part introduces related concepts and theoretical basis;The third part analyzes the current situation of human resource management;The fourth part analyzes the causes of practical problems;The fifth part draws lessons from domestic and foreign experience;The sixth part puts forward the corresponding optimization suggestions.This paper will be combined with a balanced management theory,the performance management theory and two-factor theory of public management theory,through the interview method,literature research and comparative analysis methods to study and analysis,in view of the current management idea obsolete,the personnel match is not balanced and unbalanced people gain configuration problems such as lack of enthusiasm,quality is uneven,cadres,find out the cause of the corresponding,Finally,the countermeasures of optimizing human resources organization are put forward one by one.
