Research On The Matching Supply And Demand Of Home Care In Urban Disabled Old

According to the "2018-2019 China Long-Term Care Survey Report",65 years old is an important turning point for the elderly facing the risk of disability.The decline in basic self-care ability is also accompanied by the degradation of independent living ability.A total of 25.4% of the elderly in my country require comprehensive care.Who will look after them,how we will look after them,and how to take care of the dignity of the elderly and the burden of the family are hot and focused issues of concern to the whole society.With the promotion of healthy aging,it is important that we make use of the care function of community homes for the disabled elderly in urban areas.The thesis aims at disabled people and the matching of supply and demand which are associated to community and home care.The data is from the Elderly’s Social Tracking Survey（CLASS）,the "2018-2019 Chinese Long-term Care Survey Report",and a distributed 360-point questionnaire.The effective response rate of the questionnaire was96.7%.So that we can figure out the current supply,demand and matching of them.First,about the community home care,we make definition and research on disabled elderly and community home care and we see it as the purpose of research.Secondly,For the disabled,it points out the necessity of supply-demand matching research,and explains the feature of them.Based on the relative theories and the status quo,it makes assumptions that supply and demand do not match.Thirdly,through grey prediction,Pareto analysis and matching model,the study on matching supply and demand for community-based home care for the disabled elderly in urban areas is conducted from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives and verifies the hypothesis of unbalanced supply-demand matching.Finally,the three dimensions of individual,family and society will affect the disabled elderly.By researching of the matching satisfaction,we put forward corresponding suggestions for influencing factors.The paper found that there is a mismatch between supply and demand for communitybased home care for the urban elderly with disabilities.Not only its quantity but also its quality shows the imbalance of external resources and internal structure.According to the matching imbalance,it combines the experience of home care for the disabled elderly in foreign communities.It is from the perspective of the diversity of supply subjects and the diversified levels of supply.It is proposed to build a multi-body,multi-level and diversified supply system to provide standardized and specialized services to meet the personalized and higher-quality care needs of the disabled elderly,so as to improve their satisfaction and sense of well-being.Therefore,the research of the thesis is theoretical and practical.
