Research On Improving The Network Social Governance Capacity Of The Public Security Organs In Yunnan Province

After the 18 th National Congress of the Party and the Fifth Plenary session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core attached great importance to the work of network security governance,put forward the concept that there was no national security without network security,and put forward new requirements for strengthening and innovating network society governance.Since the development of the Internet into China,the concept of network society has gradually formed and interacted with the real world,which is inseparable.Strengthening the governance of network society is an effective way to ensure network security.Whether the network society governance can achieve good results,the governance ability plays a key role.The public security organs in Yunnan have managed the network society from scratch,actively explored the governance of network society,and made certain achievements in maintaining national security and social stability,cracking down on network crimes.But in recent years with the development of network technology and the situation of Yunnan,some new situations and new problems arose in network society governance.Inefficient governance effect can be all the way traced back to the inefficient governance ability of public security organs at all levels in Yunnan province,also to the incompatible governance ability and management needs,so as not to not complete the network society governance responsibilities and mission given by party and the people.It has long been a major concern to the public security organs at all levels in Yunnan Province,that how to improve network society governance in order to adapt to the development of The Times,and to the rapidly developing network society.The author has been working for the public security organ of Yunnan for long,and has firsthand experience to the current network society governance status.Under this background,this thesis tries to analyze current situation of public security organ network society,and to summarizes and the new situations and problems faced by current network society governance,in all means to explore the path of improving network society governance ability,and to give effective advice on the network society governance ability improvement.The unique geographical location of Yunnan differs its unique network society governance situation from other provinces.Research on network society governance of Yunnan province is rare.This thesis expects to help improve governance ability of public security organs at all levels in Yunnan,so as to achieve better governance effect,thus making due contribution to maintain national security and social stability.
