Research On Status And Countermeasures Of Network Public Opinion In The Q Public Security Bureau

Q city,as one of the most important cities leaded by H province, has a population of about 5.7 million which covers nearly 15% of the total amount of population of H province .According to the 33rd statistical report on internet development in China released by CNNIC,there are 15.14 million internet users in H province,and the internet penetration rate is 39.5%.It means the total amount of the internet users in Q city is about 2.25 million.The high-speed development of the internet and the rapid growth of the internet users bring great pressure and challenge to the Q public security bureau.Public event itself has features like big influence,wide relevance and suddenness, and the internet is virtual, open, so the information spread very fast through the internet and become worse,but many people can not know it clearly or even the emergency does not exist. So the Q public security bureau should emphasize on the response of network public opinion.This article set the proper reaction of network public opinion in the Q public security bureau as its research object,and it will help the following research on this question to be more targeted and professional.Through the analyses on reactions to the network public opinions of the present situation in the Q public security bureau,this article try to find out problems on dealing with internet public opinion, and then it uses literature research method,comparative analytical method and method of combination of theory and practice to analyze the reactions of typical countries on handling network public opinion and learn from them in order to find out suggestions and plans which can be used for the Q public security bureau on dealing with emergency network public opinion.
