Study On Mutual Aid Pension Model Of Landian Township,Zhuanghe City

With the publication of the results of China’s seventh census,the trend of population aging in China has gradually become serious.In China’s main population composition,the proportion of people over 60 can be as high as more than 18%.Among them,the proportion of the 65 year old population is also gradually increasing.Among all age groups,the growth trend of aging population is also gradually increasing,with an increase rate of more than 5%.Under such a trend of population age development,the pension of the elderly population has attracted much attention.For a long time,the research on pension has been a research hotspot in sociology and population research.With the proposal of the concept of combination of medical care and mutual pension,the research on the pension of aging people is also constantly enriched.In this context,this thesis takes the research of mutual pension as the main direction,analyzes the existing problems of mutual pension,puts forward optimization suggestions,and constantly enriches the research literature,so that this research has both theoretical and practical research significance.This thesis takes Landian Township,Zhuanghe City as the research object,selects the elderly over 60 years old as the research object for empirical analysis,explores the current situation and existing problems of local mutual pension development,and puts forward targeted suggestions combined with foreign cases.Firstly,this thesis defines the basic concepts of mutual pension and mutual pension model,quotes Maslow’s demand theory,positive aging theory and welfare pluralism theory as the theoretical basis of this thesis,and understands the development of mutual pension and the factors affecting the development of mutual pension in Landian Township by issuing questionnaires and analyzing the data of the recovered questionnaires.Through the method of combining theory and data,this thesis defines the current shortcomings and problems of the mutual aid elderly care model in Landian Township,Zhuanghe City,which are mainly reflected in the following four parts: the main force of the demand dynamic mechanism is not enough;Insufficient government policy support and guidance;The operation of the village committee’s integrated security mechanism is not standardized,and the escort ability of the social support mechanism is weak.Finally,starting from the existing problems,this thesis puts forward the follow-up optimization suggestions and countermeasures,takes the foreign classic cases as the reference subject,makes a comparative analysis,and puts forward that Landian township of Zhuanghe City can optimize and enhance the development of the mutual aid elderly care model by strengthening the participation of the subject,strengthening the government participation and the main force of the village committee,and introducing social forces.
