The Diamond Model Of Rural Mutual Pension Pattern Research

In the circumstance of aging populations, rural endowment has become an important issue of our country. Because of the unique situation of our country,such as differences between town and country, large population, history and traditional culture, the one-child policy,etc, different C hinese regions appear d ifferent pension models, such as family pension, mutual pension, aided pension and social pension. Which one should be chosen? Find a way which suits the reality of countryside and Jinan is by far the most important task. This paper introduces the diamond model through the analysis of mutual aid pension model. According to the example of Miaohai village, it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of this model from six aspects. These six aspects are: factor of production, industrial demand, related industries, industrial strategy, industry opportunities, the role of government. Finding a economically beneficial pension mode has important theoretical and realistic significance for the current pension problem.This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the background and the significance of this topic, and summarizes the research methods and main innovations. The second chapter introduces related researches at home and abroad, and mainly introduces the origin, development and current situation of mutual aid pension. This discusses the theoretical foundation of the paper. The third chapter discusses the key aspects of diamond model and the economic and social benefits of this pattern. The fourth chapter is the most important one, and it introduces the situation of Miaohai village, analyzes current difficulties in the rural endowment, studies the feasibility of mutual aid pension, draw the key argument. The fifth chapter is the sublimation of the proposed theory. It introduces Miaohai village’s achievements by using this model, and shows the great advantages of this model. Aiming at some existing problems, it proposes several measures to make this model more perfect. The sixth chapter is the brief summary of the whole paper. It draws the main conclusions.
