Research On Local Legislation Of Optimizing Business Environment In Inner Mongolia

In recent years,the optimization of the business environment has become a key goal and task of all regions in China,and The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is no exception.With the proposal of a law-based business environment,local legislation in related fields has become the primary task and key to optimizing the business environment,and its importance is self-evident.In this paper,literature analysis,comparative research and other methods are used to study the construction of local legislation to optimize the business environment in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The text is divided into four parts: The first part introduces the basic concept of the business environment and the importance of optimizing the business environment,as well as the connotation,status and value of local legislation;The second part analyzes the current situation of local legislation on optimizing the business environment in Inner Mongolia,combs the normative documents with quasi-legislative nature that have been issued by the Autonomous region,and expounds the achievements and existing problems of the optimization of the business environment in the Autonomous region.In the third part,by investigating and analyzing the administrative regulations on optimizing business environment issued at the national level and the local legislation in the areas with better business environment construction in China,including Shanghai,Guangdong province and Sichuan-Chongqing region,the inspiration for the local legislation of Inner Mongolia is drawn.The fourth part is based on the above Suggestions for optimization of Inner Mongolia business environment of local legislation,first elaborated the Inner Mongolia local legislation pattern choice,followed by local legislation shall follow the principle of several of the core of Inner Mongolia,finally this paper analyzes on the factors of the content framework construction of local legislation.In order to provide reference for the local legislation of optimizing the business environment in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and further play the role of local legislation in promoting and standardizing the optimization of the business environment in Inner Mongolia.
