Investigation And Research On Rural Etiquette Governance In Northern Fujian From The Perspective Of Rule Of Law ——Take H Village, City Y As An Example

In September 2018,the CPC Central Committee ’s Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization（2018-2022）clearly put forward two major tasks of building a rule of law countryside and improving the modern rural governance system.To complete these two tasks,it is necessary to find ways to promote the organic combination of rural etiquette and rule of law and self-governance.Using rural etiquette to deepen the practice of villagers ’autonomy,promote the rule of law in rural construction,and improve the level of rural moral governance.The rural areas in northern Fujian are beneficial to show the ethnic relations at the grass-roots level and their identity.At the same time,it is necessary to separate the old rule of etiquette from the new rule of etiquette,remove its essence and promote the effective integration of autonomous rule of law and rule of virtue.This paper takes H Village in northern Fujian as the research object,and explores the ways of promoting the effective integration of autonomous rule of law and rule of virtue through the investigation of ritual governance in rural areas in northern Fujian from the perspective of rule of law.The author obtains a series of research data mainly through field investigation and supplemented by questionnaire survey,and writes this paper by interdisciplinary analysis.The full text includes the introduction,four chapters of the body and the conclusion.The introduction part introduces the research origin,research methods and the overview of the core concepts involved in the paper such as the rule of etiquette and the rule of law.The first chapter,field point selection and research process,summarizes H village field research,questionnaire samples and other basic information.The second chapter is the investigation on the system of village H’s ritual governance and its limitations.The research results are expressed in pictures and words to show the contemporary system of rural ritual governance in northern Fujian.The third chapter is the investigation on the legalization of grassroots governance and its dilemma in Village H,which is illustrated in the form of charts supplemented by words to show the current situation of the legalization of grassroots governance in Village H.The fourth chapter is the optimization path of rural ritual governance in northern Fujian from the perspective of rule of law,and analyzes how the rural ritual governance system in northern Fujian promotes the effective integration of autonomous rule of law and rule of virtue and its value under the current situation of grassroots governance legalization.
