Investigation On Juvenile Delinquency In A City Of Heilongjiang Province

The juvenile is the future and hope of the country,which is of great significance to the education and guidance of the juvenile,and the study of juvenile crime is also a key issue in the current society.With the progress and development of society,the total amount of juvenile crimes in China has decreased,but there are also complicated situations in which the types of juvenile crimes,the sex of offenders,the educational level of offenders and other data change.The study of juvenile delinquency is beneficial to enrich the theories related to juvenile delinquency and promote the practice of juvenile delinquency governance.Meanwhile,it is of strategic significance to improve the protection system of minors’ rights and interests,stabilize social development and promote economic progress,and comprehensively promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.In this paper,A city as the research object,through on-the-spot investigation,and select A city minor crime cases nearly six years as the research sample,inductive field investigation and data analysis,combination of criminology,sociology,pedagogy and statistics,and so on angles of A city minor crime situation to carry out the corresponding research,This paper tries to put forward preventive measures against juvenile delinquency in A city,and puts forward targeted suggestions for preventing juvenile delinquency in A city in the future.And for the national juvenile delinquency research to provide a research perspective with local characteristics,then expand the depth and breadth of juvenile delinquency prevention research in China.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper consists of three chapters.The first chapter is mainly related data of juvenile crime phenomenon in A City,including the general situation of minors,subject situation and crime categories and other data trends are sorted out and summarized,and presented in detail in the form of charts.The second chapter mainly analyzes the causes of juvenile delinquency in A City.Combined with the investigation data of juvenile delinquency in A City obtained in the first chapter,it makes an in-depth analysis of the influence of individual,family,campus and society on juvenile delinquency.The third chapter mainly in the related data of A city is A minor crime and put forward based on the analysis of the data,combined with the specific situation of minors,A city put forward a feasible way to reduce A city minor crime and the related suggestions,and reduce the number of minors crime,let juvenile crime prevention system be more perfect.Juvenile delinquency is an important issue concerning the future of our country.The prevention of juvenile delinquency needs the joint efforts of the state,society,school and family.Aiming at the minors in A city as an unique sample of juvenile crime research,combined with relevant unique factors in A city,this paper tries to solve the problem of the inclination of educational resources for minors in A City.Reduce the connivance and protection for minors in rural areas of A City;Improve the control system for minors’ access to the featured social places in A City;And combining with the national urged guardianship system,reducing the distance between the minors and the family,through the efforts,to conform to the characteristics of A city minor crime prevention goal,and make A city minor crime prevention construction more complete.Meanwhile,for the prevention of minor crime in our country also provide unique regional results.
