| The Anti-Japanese Base Area in Central Shandong was one of the first base areas established by the Communist Party of China（CPC）in Shandong during the Anti-Japanese War.It’s development and educational works of party members was carried out by adhering to the Marxist guiding ideology,the relevant instructions of the Central Committee of the CPC,and the specific actual conditions of the Anti-Japanese Base Area in Central Shandong.The great development of CPC during the Anti-Japanese War promoted the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan and the People’s Liberation War of China,and laid a solid organizational foundation for the establishment of the People’s Republic of China and made the CPC became the national ruling party.The Central Shandong is one of the earliest areas in Shandong where CPC organizations were established where many organizational activities have already been carried out during the Agrarian Revolutionary War.The early communists spread Marxism-Leninism in central Shandong,developed progressives,accumulated a certain amount of work experience,strengthened the revolutionary and progressive forces,and provided organizational preparations for Establishing the Anti-Japanese Base Area in Central Shandong.In the early days of the Anti-Japanese War,the Central Shandong Party focused on "recruiting a large number of party members",went deep into the countryside,mobilized the people,and accumulated strength in building the anti-Japanese base areas.In the middle and late stages of the Anti-Japanese War,party organizations at all levels in the Central Shandong Anti-Japanese Base Area were generally established after their rapid development.On the one hand,the influx of new party members significantly expanded the number of organizations and condensed the anti-Japanese forces.On the other hand,the quality of party members also inevitably caused many negative effects on the party organization.In accordance with the relevant instructions of the CPC Central Committee,the Central Shandong Party trains party members through the establishment of party schools and training classes,strengthen the education of party members in conjunction with the reorganization branch,improve Marxism-Leninism education in the rectification study movement.The education of party members has always adhered to the principle of serving the war of resistance,and has the characteristics of flexibility,practicality,and vividness.Generally speaking,in the complex and increasingly difficult environment of the War,the Chinese Communists in Central Shandong have fully implemented the instructions of the Party Central Committee,worked hard to restore,establish and develop party organizations at all levels,established the Base Area and provided valuable lessons for other places;trained a large number of party members,strengthened the leadership of the CPC,and consolidated the revolutionary power of the Shandong party;stimulated the enthusiasm of the masses to resist the Japanese War,and enhanced the cohesion of the party,government,military,and civilians in the base area.By analyzing the actual work of party member development and education in the Anti-Japanese Base Area of Central Shandong,drawing on historical experience and lessons on this basis,it can provide a useful enlightenment for the better promotion of party member development and education in the new era. |
