| China’s aging problem is becoming more and more serious,and the pressure of social pension is increasing.The pension problem has attracted much attention.In the national "9073" pension situation,the traditional home-based pension mode has undertaken most of the pension burden.With the extension of human life expectancy in recent years,and influenced by China’s family planning policy and the trend of miniaturization of traditional family structure,China has gradually formed a "421" family support structure,that is,after a pair of only children get married and have children,they need to care for four elderly people,which makes the burden of family support heavier,and the traditional home-based care can not meet the increasingly diversified needs of the elderly,The disadvantages of traditional home-based care model are more and more obvious.In this context,relying on Internet information technology,smart home-based care services,which can provide a wider range of services,more comprehensive types of services and higher service efficiency,are gradually growing.At present,as a new way of providing for the aged,smart home-based care service has reasonable planning and imagination,which can not only enable the elderly to provide for the aged at home,but also meet the diversified needs of providing for the aged,improve the quality of life of the elderly and reduce the care pressure of family caregivers.However,in real life,smart home-based care has fallen into a vicious circle of low awareness,lack of cognition,less actual use behavior and slow development.After sorting out the causes of its dilemma,and expounding the necessity and unique advantages of integrated social work intervention,this paper attempts to use the integrated social work method for practical exploration,selects a community in Q District of Chengdu as the research area,and conducts background investigation and data collection by means of questionnaire survey,interview and participatory observation;Then,the data were sorted out and the needs were evaluated.After the team was established and the relationship was established,the integrated social work intervention scheme was planned and the objectives were set;After that,we should integrate community resources and carry out professional services with the help of three working methods: community,group and case;Finally,the overall practice part of the summary feedback,effect evaluation.Through the summary of the overall research,it is concluded that the integration of social work and social services complement each other,and the integration of social work intervention in the elderly smart home care resource use awareness has a positive effect;It reflects on the shortcomings of this paper,such as the limitations of practical cases,the need to improve practical ability,and the inability to guarantee the continuity of service effect;It also puts forward some suggestions,such as actively guiding the "aging" development of Internet applications,building a smart pension professional social work talent team,and improving the service evaluation system. |
