The Emotional Governance In The Conflicts Of Rural Grassroots Communities ——A Case Study On The L Village Of The Northern Guangxi

Since the rural grassroots community is the basic unit and important field of national governance,promoting the modernization of rural grassroots governance becomes an inevitable requirement for rural revitalization.With the deepening of various reform undertakings in our country,social contradictions and disputes in the grass-roots communities exist as the objective reality.To resolve conflicts and disputes in rural grassroots communities,the indispensable factor-emotion,is needed to be to be paid more attention-ed.The concept of emotional governance,in conflicts and disputes of the rural grass-roots communities,is that the emotional strategies of "governing the situation with rules" and "governing the situation with emotion" are used to mediate and manage the conflicts and disputes in the process of resolving conflicts and disputes in the rural grass-roots communities,so as to eliminate the conflicts and disputes effectually by parties’ compromise.Therefore,the construction of emotional governance for social conflicts and disputes in the rural grass-roots communities is of great significance to make up for the insufficiency of the "formal mechanism" in the existing rural grass-roots social governance,and to improve the resolution of rural grass-roots social conflicts and disputes.This paper uses the method of literature research,field observation and case analysis to study the emotional governance of social conflicts and disputes at the rural grass-roots communities by the case study on the L village of the northern Guangxi.It found that: at present,the main problems in the emotional governance of rural grassroots social conflicts and disputes in China are the insufficient motivation for emotional governance in rural grassroots social conflicts and disputes,the backward construction of emotional governance platforms,poor emotional governance mechanisms,and insufficient integration of emotional governance resources.The reasons for the existence of the problem are the lack of emotional governance concepts in rural grassroots social conflicts and disputes,the prevalence of rational economic thinking among rural grassroots communities,the complexity and changefulness of rural grassroots social environment,and the loss of fine traditions in rural grassroots society.By learning from the experience and enlightenment of emotional governance of grassroots social conflicts and disputes in other regions in China,this paper puts forward the construction ideas of emotional governance paths for rural grassroots social conflicts and disputes: shaping the governance concept of emotional governance,building a platform for emotional governance,smoothing the mechanism of emotional governance,and integrating governance resources for emotional governance.Through the above countermeasures and ideas,an effective emotional governance path for rural grassroots social conflicts and disputes has been constructed,which can optimize the resolution of social conflicts and disputes in the rural grassroots communities and improve the modernization communities of social governance in the rural grassroots communities.
