With the proposal of constructing learning society,the whole country pays more and more attention to community education.As an important way to build a lifelong education system and a learning society,community education has gradually become a hot topic discussed by scholars in China.As the cultural center of Tibet,Lhasa ’ s community education development largely represents the development status of community education in Tibet.From the current situation of the development of community education in Lhasa,it has been unable to meet the educational needs of residents,so the development model of community education in Lhasa needs to be updated.By consulting relevant literature at home and abroad,it is found that community education in developed countries has entered a new stage of self-organization development.The domestic community self-organization theory develops late,the community education self-organization development research is few,the Tibet community education self-organization development research is even more.Therefore,this paper discusses the development of community education in Lhasa from the perspective of self-organization theory,collects the latest data by questionnaire and interview combined with the actual situation of community education in Lhasa,analyzes the self-organization development of community education in Lhasa,and puts forward policy suggestions to promote the self-organization development of community education in Lhasa,which provides factual basis and policy reference for subsequent related research and the self-organization development of community education in Lhasa and other cities,and enriches the theory of community education research and community education management in Tibet to a certain extent.This paper studies the self-organization development of community education in Lhasa by combining theoretical research and field investigation.This paper is divided into six parts : The first part is the introduction,summarizes the research background,significance and research methods,ideas;the second part defines the concept,literature review and theoretical basis,defines the concepts of community,community education and self-organization,reviews the domestic and foreign research on community education and community self-organization,and combs the self-organization theory and lifelong education theory.The third part is the research design,on the basis of literature review,taking Professor Yang Guihua ’s community self-organization ability evaluation index system as the reference point,puts forward five variables that affect the development of community education self-organization,namely the ability of community education resources integration and utilization,the development of community self-organization network,the participation of residents in community education,the situation of residents ’ self-education,the ability of community education service and so on.Taking the community workers and residents in Chengguan District of Lhasa as the object,the survey method and interview method are used to obtain data information,and relevant research hypotheses are put forward.The fourth part is the descriptive statistics and analysis of the self-organization development of community education in Lhasa.It summarizes the general situation of the development of community education in Lhasa,and finds out the important factors affecting the self-organization development of community education in Lhasa by collecting the data of questionnaire survey for correlation analysis and regression analysis.The fifth part is the analysis of the dilemma of the self-organization development of community education in Lhasa.Based on the data analysis,it analyzes the dilemma of the self-organization development of community education in Lhasa,namely,the government ’ s “ cross-border ” and “ absence ”behaviors,the weak self-organization ability of community education,and the elite and scarcity of capable people.The sixth part is the relevant policy recommendations to promote the development of self-organization of community education in Lhasa.Combined with the results of the dilemma analysis,the policy recommendations to promote the development of self-organization of community education in Lhasa are put forward,including clarifying the government ’ s positioning,constructing the autonomy model of community education,improving the community management mechanism,improving the self-organization ability of community education,actively selecting community education talents from within the community,and making up for the elite and scarcity of talents. |
