Research On The Development Dilemma And Countermeasures Of The "Time Bank" Mutual-aid For The Elderly Model In Urban Communities ——Take T Street In Nanchang City For Example

At present,our country’s population and family structure are constantly transforming,lifestyles and pension concepts are constantly changing,and the contradiction between supply and demand for pensions has become increasingly prominent.As a result,a new type of mutual assistance pension model-"time bank" has emerged.The participation of service forces and the provision of diversified and personalized community mutual assistance elderly care services have important practical significance for promoting the development of my country’s mutual assistance elderly care services and improving my country’s social security system.Based on the theory of welfare pluralism and social exchange,this paper investigates the service status,operation and management of T Street’s "time bank" mutual pension model from two different dimensions of supply and demand.Through the investigation,it was found that although the development and exploration of the "time bank" mutual aid pension model in T Street has achieved initial results,there are still many problems: the public’s awareness is not high,the risk contradictions are more prominent,it is difficult to realize the universal deposit and exchange,and the operation guarantee resources are insufficient.The quality of service level is low.Through analysis,it is believed that publicity and promotion efforts are weak,public awareness of reciprocity is not strong;service guarantees are not in place,professional institutions are lacking in participation,management and overall planning levels are low,and time and money connection is insufficient;social forces are difficult to absorb,and policy support is insufficient;professional service level is low,The main reasons for the lack of standardization of skills training have caused the current development dilemma.Therefore,through the analysis of the current situation of the problem,the path optimization of the "Time Bank" mutual assistance service for the elderly in T Street is carried out: enriching the form of publicity to enhance public awareness;clarifying government responsibilities and increasing support;introducing an online platform to improve the overall level;Integrate social resources and realize resource sharing;optimize service quality and promote sustainable development.
