Research On Flexible Law Enforcement Of Urban Management In China

In the process of urban management,urban management law enforcement has always been an important link in the process of urban development and construction.With the continuous strengthening of our citizens’ awareness of the legal system,urban management law enforcement has been widely concerned by the masses.In the process of actively exploring people-oriented law enforcement,the emergence of flexible law enforcement provides a new idea for urban management law enforcement.Flexible law enforcement is an innovative and feasible administrative law enforcement system,which is guided by the people-oriented concept and innovated in law enforcement means,and conforms to the psychological characteristics of people being respected,affirmed and self-realization.Flexible law enforcement is different from the characteristics of simple,rigid and mechanical law enforcement in the past,and conforms to the basic requirements and value orientation of modern rule of law.Based on the analysis of the existing research results,this paper combs the development process of urban management flexible law enforcement by using the methods of literature analysis and historical research.this paper puts forward the problems existing in the subject,object,applicable scope and means of flexible law enforcement in the process of flexible law enforcement of urban management.The main reasons are the backward concept of subject and object,the public’s indifference to minor violations,the lack of legal basis and protection mechanism,and the public opinion environment of urban management law enforcement needs to be improved.On this basis,the countermeasures to solve the problems are put forward,including strengthening the self-construction of urban management team,exploring flexible law enforcement methods suitable for China’s national conditions,improving the relevant laws and regulations of flexible law enforcement,creating a good environment for public opinion and publicity,and so on.Management law enforcement departments to continue to actively explore the road of flexible law enforcement,and the development of cities in the new era requires the establishment of a good image of urban management team.Similarly,the development of urban management flexible law enforcement is also conducive to urban development and can create a good living environment for citizens.
