Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Development Of The Government WeChat Official Account In D County

In order to adapt to the development of the mobile Internet,more and more government WeChat official accounts have sprung up.At the same time,the government WeChat official account has become more and more widely used by the public for its role in understanding social conditions and public opinion,speaking to the outside world and government services.During the development and practice of government WeChat official accounts,the prefecture-level government WeChat official accounts have performed well and achieved good results.Compared with the development of prefecture-level government WeChat official accounts,there are obvious deficiencies in the development of county-level government WeChat official accounts.To promote the ideological concept,the author takes D County of Jilin Province as a case to study the development status and promotion countermeasures of the county-level government WeChat public account.Based on Lasswell’s "5W" Model,Government Responsiveness Theory,and Holistic Governance Theory,this paper deeply studies the development status,existing problems and causes of the D county government WeChat public account,and puts forward practical and feasible improvement countermeasures.On this basis,this paper focuses on the following three questions:A discussion on enhancing the dissemination power of the D county government WeChat public account.In this paper,the principal component analysis method is used to comprehensively evaluate the influence of the D county government WeChat public account from multiple dimensions,and obtain a comprehensive ranking of the influence of the D county government WeChat public account.Through correlation analysis,the dissemination effect of content published in different time periods and different locations is studied,and countermeasures are put forward to improve the dissemination power of D county government WeChat public account.A discussion on enhancing the synergy of the D county government WeChat public account.Through the correlation analysis,this paper studies the correlation between the readings of the government affairs WeChat public accounts of each echelon in D county,and proposes to promote the construction of the government affairs WeChat matrix,and promote the realization of the synergistic effect of D county government affairs WeChat2+2>4.A discussion on improving the service capabilities of the D county government WeChat public account.Based on the research on the service menu bar and message situation of the government affairs WeChat public account in D county,this paper proposes practical countermeasures to solve the problems of imperfect service functions in the service process of the government affairs WeChat public account.
