Charitable Organizations Participate In Natural Disaster Relief Research

Disaster prevention and relief has become an important topic for human survival and development.It is of great significance to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects to form and improve the relief and security system for natural disasters and prevent disaster victims from returning to poverty.At present,the new characteristics of natural disasters also put forward new requirements for relief work,and charitable organizations still face some urgent problems in the process of participating in natural disaster relief work.From eight charity released by the Ministry of Civil Affairs in the Internet collecting information platform,the end of 534 has been selected the natural disaster relief projects sample data,the time set for June 2008 to October 2021,according to the mechanism of disaster research and existing data set 11 variable indicators,using the method of descriptive statistics analysis on the data analysis.From the perspective of platform relief fund operation,the problems existing in the process of charity organizations participating in natural disaster relief are analyzed and summarized.Empirical analysis shows that charitable organizations can get closer to the people by taking advantage of their non-governmental characteristics,thus obtaining more accurate information on their needs,raising considerable relief funds after disasters,and providing relief for victims as an auxiliary of the government.But in spending,fund raising,project structure and configuration of time and there exist some problems,such as,for example,rescue resources and the rescue efficiency is limited,execute the main structure is too single,rescue project financing goal gap is larger,the regulatory system and legal system is not enough,bailout funds problem such as disclosure of information is not complete.This is mainly caused by the lack of unified and complete disaster relief management mechanism and the demand dislocation between the supply and demand of disaster projects.For the above research conclusion,this article from perfecting the legal system of charity,to set up the public offering platform bailout funds supervision system,four aspects to promote charity itself capabilities charity better participating in natural disaster relief provides the countermeasures and Suggestions,to further improve the efficiency of natural disaster relief work.
