Research On Home Care Service For The Elderly In Empty Nest Community ——Take Huanggu District Of Shenyang As An Example

Against the background of China’s aging,empty nesters have become more and more popular topics in the society.In recent years,Shenyang has vigorously developed community home-based care services,which has satisfied the elderly care needs of empty nesters to a certain extent.Quality of life has also improved.However,how to effectively integrate social pension resources and form a complete home-based pension service system for the empty-nest elderly is still a practical problem that needs to be solved urgently in Shenyang.Based on the theory of community care and the theory of welfare pluralism,this paper deeply studies the problems existing in home-based care services for the empty-nest elderly in Huanggu District,Shenyang City.Using two research methods:survey research method and literature data method,field investigations and visits are carried out on the empty-nest elderly in Huanggu District,Shenyang City.Through investigation and analysis,it is concluded that the current home-based elderly care services in the empty-nest elderly community in Huanggu District have the following:Problems: lack of spiritual consolation,imperfect transformation of family for aging,mismatch of elderly care services and needs,small number of elderly care service personnel and lack of professionalism,the analysis found that the reasons are insufficient understanding of government departments,insufficient government support,and lack of demand for service content The investigation and systematic construction of elderly care service personnel are insufficient.The research analyzes the experience of home-based elderly care service development in empty-nest elderly communities in Japan and Shanghai,and combines the actual situation of Huanggu District,Shenyang City,and proposes that the spiritual elderly care for empty-nest elderly should be strengthened;policy guidance should be improved.,to speed up the transformation of the family’s aging environment;to enhance the ability to identify the needs of the elderly,to enrich the elderly service projects;to improve the construction of the personnel complementation system.
