Studies Of The Community Home Care Services Of Tiexi District Shenyang

As China has become the largest country in the aging population,the problem of old-age care has become one of the issues of major concern today.Nowadays,the rapid development of the economy and the structure of social families have increased the pressure on young people’s social work,and the number of "421" and "422" families has increased.Shenyang as one of a group of early entry to the aging society present situation is not optimistic,and the number of elderly people in Tiexi District ranks first in Shenyang.Problems such as the accelerate of the process of aging,the higher of the proportion of disabled and semi-disabled of elderly people,the increase of the proportion of aging,the obvious characteristics of empty nesting families are prominent.The original model of relying on the family to carry out the aged care service no longer applicable to the current situation.As a result,the community home care services began to gradually catch people’s attention,more and more elderly people began to choose this pension model,correspondingly,the elderly people’s demanding for this model is also increasing.The community home care service in Tiexi District of Shenyang City is currently faced with such problems as the unscientific of the structure of service subjects,less participation of social resources and non-government forces,low level of pension service team,inadequate capital investment and legal supervision,too single and non-targeted service content,lack of supporting facilities and low intelligence.These problems seriously restrict the development of the old-age service system in Tiexi District.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze and discuss the current situation,problems and causes of Tiexi District’s community home care service system,and find out the countermeasures and suggestions to improve these problems.Based on the research on relevant literature and theoretical basis at home and abroad,this paper has a comprehensive understanding of the status quo of community home care services in Tiexi District through literature analysis,questionnaires,comparative analysis and other methods,and then analyzes the existing problems and the causes of the problems.The main causes of the existing problems are the imperfection of the old-age services mechanism,the lack of long-term mechanism for the team building,the absence of government functions,the low degree of industrialization of the old-age services and the insufficient emphasis on the old-age care services,and so on.After comparing with domestic and foreign advanced experience,this paper puts forward five suitable countermeasures and suggestions for Tiexi District,which are introduce diversified service subject resources,strengthen human resources training and management,improve government functions and supervision mechanisms,and improve the industrialization mechanism of community home care services and strengthen intelligent development and comprehensive service network construction.
