| The people’s army is a revolutionary armed force directly led and controlled by the Communist Party of China.In various historical periods,the people’s army carried out military activities around the party’s central task.The essence of military political work is the party’s work,the party’s ideological and organizational work in the army,and the theoretical and practical activities to ensure the realization of the party’s absolute leadership over the army and the army’s effective performance of its functions and missions.It is known as the lifeline of the people’s army.Military political work sprouted during the northern expedition,was based on the Agrarian Revolutionary War,matured during the war of resistance against Japan,and was further enriched and developed during the war of liberation.During the war of liberation,the central task of the party was to lead the people to achieve national reunification and build an independent,free,prosperous and strong new China.In this process,the people’s army mainly shoulders the military task of liberating the whole of China.During the Northeast liberation war,a series of military political work carried out to adapt to the new situation of revolutionary struggle well served the needs of the war environment and provided a strong ideological and organizational guarantee for the victory of the people’s Liberation War led by the Communist Party of China.Studying the military political work in this period,combing the relevant historical facts,and further strengthening the understanding of the lifeline role of military political work will help to comprehensively and scientifically analyze and grasp the reasons for the victory of the Northeast liberation war,and deepen the understanding of the era value of the fine tradition formed by the army in the long-term political work.This paper is mainly divided into five parts:The chapter One is the introduction.This paper states the basis and significance of the selection of the subject,and the research status,research mentality and research methods,innovation and defects of the essay.The second chapter is the background of military political work during the war of liberation in Northeast China.Firstly,according to the important strategic position of Northeast China in the international and regional situation after the victory of the war of resistance against Japan,this paper reviews the military struggle between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party in Northeast China.Then,from the perspective of the course of our army’s political work,this paper combs the basic connotation of the people’s army’s political work formed in the long-term revolutionary struggle.Finally,it expounds the process that the military political work began to change in order to adapt to the new revolutionary situation in the early stage of the Northeast liberation war,and the problems that need to be solved urgently in this process.The third chapter is the military political work measures during the Northeast liberation war.With the continuous development of the war situation,the people’s army has carried out various effective military political work in accordance with the situation,from both the ideological and organizational aspects,in order to successfully complete the important mission entrusted by the party and build a revolutionary armed group with strong cohesion and combat effectiveness.The fourth chapter is to strengthen the political struggle against the enemy.Disintegrating the enemy is one of the three major principles of political work.A correct analysis of the internal contradictions of the Kuomintang army provides objective favorable conditions for our army to carry out its work against the enemy.At the same time,it also shows that the contest between the enemy and us is not only reflected in the military struggle on the battlefield,but also in the political struggle against the enemy.Accurately grasping the enemy’s situation and carrying out political work against the enemy can assist the military struggle,disintegrate the enemy’s combat effectiveness and reduce the casualties and losses of our army.The fifth chapter is the role,experience and Enlightenment of the people’s army’s political work during the Northeast liberation war.On the one hand,we should grasp the opportunity and adopt the working method of responding to the situation,the time and the place;On the other hand,in the political struggle against the enemy,we should pay attention to the main contradictions and adopt a variety of methods suitable for the enemy’s situation to disintegrate the enemy.At the same time,the people’s army must adhere to the party’s absolute leadership and ensure the correct political attribute of the people’s army;The concept of great political work must be established.The military political work in Northeast China is carried out together with land reform and bandit suppression,and the combination of military and civilian is inseparable.Finally,a strong endogenous mechanism in political,economic and military aspects has been formed,and the Kuomintang can only supplement it through foreign aid.This is not only the difference between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party of China,but also the distinction between the new pattern of army led by CPC and an old type.And a good and glorious
