Study On The Generative Logic And Value Implication Of The New Form Of Human Civilization

In his speech at the celebration of the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China（CPC）,General Secretary Xi Jinping said,"By upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics and promoting coordinated development of material,political,spiritual,social,and ecological progress,we have created a new Path of Modernization with Chinese characteristics and creating a New Form of Human Civilization ".The new form of human civilization elevates the Chinese road to the height of human civilization,demonstrates firm cultural confidence and cultural consciousness,breaks the discourse logic system dominated by capitalist civilization form,and provides the world with a new form of developing modern civilization.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the new form of human civilization.This paper takes the new form of human civilization as the research object,interprets its relationship,main content and generation logic with the Road of Chinese modernization,and analyzes the value implication of the new form of human civilization based on China’s socialist modernization construction.The Chinese way of modernization is the way to explore the new form of human civilization,and the new form of human civilization is the phased achievement of the Chinese way of modernization,and the concentrated display of it at the level of civilization.The two are the expression of the same historical process in different dimensions.New form of human civilization can be divided into five major components,material civilization is the foundation of the development of human society,the spiritual civilization is the soul of a nation,national,political civilization is our unswerving pursuit,social civilization is the common pursuit of the people,ecological civilization is the historical trends in the development of human civilization,five civilization constitutes the civilization of harmonious and unified whole,We should promote the development of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics through a virtuous cycle of coordination and mutual promotion.From the perspective of generative logic,the new form of human civilization has a unique generative logic in theory,history and practice.By combining the basic tenets of Marxism with the fine traditional Chinese culture,China has promoted the innovative development and creative transformation of the fine traditional Chinese culture,enabled modern civilization to take root in Chinese soil,and demonstrated China’s wisdom in addressing the problems of human development.At the same time,the new form of human civilization has experienced a historical evolution from germination to establishment in the centennial struggle of the Party.In the early stage of reform and opening up,China formed the civilization development idea of "grasping both material civilization and spiritual civilization".After the 16 th National Congress of the CPC,political construction was incorporated into the "Trinity" overall layout;After the 17 th National Congress of the CPC,the overall layout of "four in one" covers social construction;After the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,ecological progress was incorporated into the "five-sphere Integrated plan",and a "new form of human civilization" was creatively proposed at the congress celebrating the centenary of the founding of the CPC.China has created a new form of human civilization through the practice of realizing people’s happiness and free and all-round development,the practice of solving the dilemma of modernization development and the active exploration of the future form of human civilization.A new form of human civilization has taken root in the century-long practice of the CPC,explored a new model for the development of human civilization,revitalized socialist civilization in the new era,demonstrated the superiority of socialist civilization,and charted the course for the future development of human civilization.As a new form of civilization,the new form of human civilization has provided reference for other countries,developing countries in particular,in their construction of civilization.China’s wisdom and proposals have been recognized by the rest of the world,and China’s voice has been enhanced in the world and the development of world civilization has been promoted.
