| 2021 marks the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and is also a historical node for the opening of a new journey.In the face of the new situation,new tasks and new requirements in the new journey,we must always maintain the high quality and professionalism of the cadre team,and we must continuously train the party’s cadres to adapt to and lead the times,so as to ensure that the Communist Party of China can effectively shoulder the major mission and historical responsibility of leading the people to realize the great,medium and large national dream.Cadre education and training is an important way and powerful measure to cultivate Party cadres and build a team of excellent cadres.It is also facing new and higher requirements.As the main channel of cadre education and training,the quality of cadre education and training carried out by the Party school has a significant impact on the overall quality of cadre education and training.Especially in the context of high-quality development and the requirements of the situation,the Party school must further improve the quality of cadre education and training,improve the comprehensive quality and ability of Party and government cadres,and better serve the construction of cadre team.This paper takes M provincial Party school as the research object,comprehensively adopts literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods and interview methods,and studies the further improvement of the quality of cadre education and training under the guidance of learning organization theory,adult learning theory and total quality management theory.The full text is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.The second chapter introduces the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical basis.The third chapter combs the current situation of the quality of cadre education and training in M Party school.On the basis of the previous chapter,the fourth chapter finds out the problems and reasons in the education and training of cadres in M Party school.The fifth chapter is the practice and Enlightenment of cadre education and training at home and abroad.The sixth chapter puts forward preliminary suggestions on improving the quality of cadre education and training in M Party school.The seventh chapter is the conclusion and prospect.The study found that the cadre education and training of M Party school has been at a high quality level,but from the perspective of training supply,there are still problems restricting the improvement of quality in the cadre education and training of M Party school.The main reasons are that some quantitative requirements of the regulations are not implemented in place,the pertinence of cadre education and training is not strong enough,the effectiveness of cadre education and training is not strong enough,and the level of training organization and management is not high enough.Through the research,this paper believes that M Party school should continue to work hard in the following f Ive aspects to improve the quality of cadre education and training: establishing the concept of high-quality development and strengthening total quality management;Strictly implement the requirements of the regulations and improve the implementation mechanism;Strengthen the pertinence of education and training from the aspects of strengthening demand research and enhancing the scientificity of training design;Strengthen the effectiveness of education and training from the aspects of curriculum construction and teacher construction;We should improve the evaluation mechanism of training projects and students’ learning assessment,strengthen the application of information technology,and improve the level of training management organization. |
