Minority cadres play a vital role in advancing the cause of national unity and progress and maintaining the harmony and stability of the society. The Communist Party of China always pays great attention to the training of minority cadres and clearly stresses the need to strengthen minority cadre education and training in communist party school. For a long time, subject to various factors, the quality and effect of minority cadre education and training is not very good. The way to improve the quality of minority cadre education and training becomes the common concern of training authorities, training institutions and minority cadres themselves. One important measure is to establish a demand-oriented training mechanism.From the point of view of training demand, this paper theoretically analyzes training demand and the training mechanism of minority cadre education and training in communist party school. In accordance with the thinking mode of system theory that cadre education and training works in a longitudinal flow, this paper holds that the training mechanism of minority cadre education and training consists of six parts, that is to say, training demand research mechanism, training plan generation mechanism, teaching plan generation mechanism, teaching management mechanism, examination and evaluation mechanism, the tracking feedback mechanism of the transformation effect of training achievement. Based on the author’s teaching management working experience in Yunnan Provincial Party School of CPC, this paper analyzes the six parts one by one in the main line of training demand to study the status and problems of minority cadre education and training in Yunnan Provincial Party School of CPC. In the end, from the point of view of training demand, this paper proposes a lot of effective solutions to explore the establishment of demand-oriented working mechanism of minority cadre training in Yunnan Provincial Party School of CPC. |
