| With the further development and application of network technology,the number of Internet users in China is increasing rapidly.The ensuing surge of network violence has gradually become a major problem facing Our country.Cyber violence is different from infringement in real life.It is the product of the Internet era.Cyber violence happens on the Internet.Due to the virtual,anonymous and scale of the network environment,it is difficult to regulate the infringement of online violence in China.Although some laws and regulations have made some provisions on the governance of online violence,there are still many problems that have not been solved from the perspectives of legislation,judicature and law enforcement,leading to the failure of the governance of online violence to meet expectations.Firstly,this paper expounds the basic theory of network violence and analyzes a series of harms caused by network violence.Secondly,it summarizes and analyzes the current situation and main problems of network violence governance in China.Finally,combined with the reality of our country,put forward suggestions to improve the legal governance of cyber violence in our country. |
