Research On The Infringement Of Personal Rights By "Cyber Manhunt"

"Cyber Manhunt", a newborn thing of the internet, subverted the original characteristic of internet the day it emerged, which is, anonymity. The operation principle of"Cyber Manhunt"is as follows: through constantly searching and disclosing the information of target person, the search scale becomes smaller, and leads to making the personal information of target one totally public. The disclosure of personal information such as name, telephone number, workplace, home address, etc, will infringe the personal rights of target person without efforts. Thus, along with the rapid development of the new internet search engine--"Cyber Manhunt", the events related to"Cyber Manhunt"appear one after another. Whether the"Cyber Manhunt"is an angel or an evil, the discussion is more and more intense, even causes the cases of"go to court".
