Research On Home-based Elderly Care Services In Urban Communities In T Cit

In recent years,with the increasing aging of the population,the social demand for pension services is also increasing.However,affected by various factors,the role played by the family in the pension is getting smaller and smaller,and the number of pension institutions is limited,which is difficult to meet the social needs.Urban community home care with its unique advantages,by more and more elderly people choose.This kind of pension has the advantages of family pension and avoids the disadvantages of weak affection of institutional pension.It allows the elderly to still live in their own homes without leaving the community where they live for a long time.On the one hand,they receive family care and at the same time,the community provides pension services.Taking the community as a platform,it makes overall use of various service resources in the community,gives full play to the role of the home care service platform of the community neighborhood committee,provides the elderly in the community with medical care,life care,spiritual comfort and other services,so that the elderly can enjoy their old age in a familiar environment.Community home care service is a kind of social public service in the final analysis,which not only has the commonality of fairness and welfare,but also has the characteristics of personalized demand,diversification and uncertainty.The supply quality of community home care services is related to whether the elderly can rely on and enjoy their old age.On the basis of in-depth investigation of five streets and several communities in T City,the author puts forward the research conclusion after comprehensively balancing the differences in the development level of the elderly in various communities.The main research contents of this paper include: Firstly,it introduces the background and significance of the research on urban community home care services.The concepts of population aging and elderly welfare,urban community,home care services are defined,and the social embedding theory and community care are expounded,so as to find a theoretical basis for the next step to discover and solve problems.Secondly,by using the methods of literature research,comparative analysis and investigation,we understand the current situation of community home care service,the basic situation of the elderly population,the demand and supply of community home care service in T City.Thirdly,based on the current economic and social development situation of T City,combined with the analysis of urban community home care service related policies,main modes,operation conditions,put forward the existing problems,starting from the optimization of community home care diversified participation mechanism,strengthening the construction of community talent team,giving play to the role of community neighborhood committee home care service platform,etc.Put forward feasible optimization countermeasures.The research shows that the optimization of urban community home-based care service in T city needs to take the actual needs of the elderly as the starting point,clarify the role positioning,division of labor and mutual relationship of multiple subjects,take the lead of the government,actively guide the participation of multiple subjects,strengthen the construction of community home-based care service talent team,and constantly improve the level and level of urban community home-based care service.Only in this way can we comprehensively improve the quality of urban community home-based care services and meet the needs of the elderly for the level of care services.
