| With the rapid development of China’s social economy,people’s living standards have also been significantly improved and improved.In the special and critical period of social transformation,vagrants and beggars have become a common social phenomenon,and the life assistance of vagrants and beggars has become a social problem of current concern.In view of the above background,the state has successively promulgated some laws and regulations to effectively guarantee the social assistance and life assistance of vagrants and beggars,which also reflects the transformation of the government’s methods and functions of life assistance for this group,and has produced beneficial help to the work of rescue stations and vagrants and beggars.However,the existence of life assistance for Vagrants and beggars is still a stubborn problem to be solved in today’s society,which has a certain impact on their group function and social development.Through the research on T city’s rescue management station,in the form of case work intervention,based on the advantage perspective theory and empowerment theory,this paper adopts the investigation methods of literature research,field investigation and case interview to explore the case work intervention in the life rescue of vagrants and beggars and the practical model of life rescue in the rescue management station.This paper introduces the current situation of life assistance to vagrants and beggars in T City,and finds that the main problems are: single means of assistance and insufficient participation of social forces.In view of the problems existing in the current T city rescue management station,the author carried out practical research on the cases of adults with working ability and teenagers who dropped out of school in the form of case work intervention,analyzed and reflected on the results,and put forward relevant development countermeasures and suggestions,such as building a professional life rescue social work team and mobilizing the active participation of social forces. |
