| China is in the acceleration period of population aging.Under the background of social aging,the proportion of the elderly with dementia is rising constantly,which leads to the social and family to bear certain care pressure,and the corresponding demand for care services is also increasing gradually.Through the literature research and field investigation,it is found that the supply and demand of the elderly care service for the mentally retarded people in China are unbalanced,among which the system of care service is not perfect under the institutional care mode.The quality of care service in the elderly institutions is the key index to affect their physical and mental health and their satisfaction with life.This paper mainly studies the elderly with dementia based on the institutional nursing model,and understands the status quo of the institutional care service system,and analyzes the situation of the service of the elderly with the disabilities under the institutional care combined with the results of the field investigation.From the aspect of design thinking,the paper mainly analyzes the current situation of the environment and service in the nursing institutions by using the design thinking,tools and methods in the service design theory,and explores the needs and problems hidden in the nursing service of the elderly care institutions,and puts forward the corresponding design strategies of the service system.This paper takes a nursing institution in Chengdu as a case study,and conducts User Research on stakeholders in the elderly care institution,including elderly people with dementia,family members,caregivers,medical staff and organization managers.The research methods of unstructured interview,questionnaire survey and observation of environmental behavior are used to summarize and analyze the needs of care under the institutional care service system situation.Based on the user investigation,this paper constructs the user portrait and the user experience journey map,and combs and analyzes the service contacts in the service system of the organization care.The paper analyzes the factors influencing the quality of care service of elderly people with mental retardation in the institutional care service system by AHP,which provides the research data basis for this study,and uses qualitative and quantitative research methods to ensure the scientific research.According to the relevant research theory and methods of service design,the research on the service system of the mechanism care is carried out,and the corresponding design scheme of the service system is proposed.In the later stage,the design and research of the corresponding service contacts is carried out in the design practice of the institutional care service system,considering the needs of multi stakeholders’ care service,and improving and optimizing the service system of the institutions,providing more thoughtful experience of institutional care service for the elderly with dementia,so as to improve the service level of the elderly care institutions and build a better institutional care environment.In the later stage,the at one rule of service design is used to evaluate the design of the service system for institutional care.In the usability evaluation of interactive products,the usability test of the prototype of the system interaction interface is conducted by using the ten interactive design principles of Nelson.The results of usability test are conducive to the iterative optimization design of product design,so as to improve the user experience of the product. |
