A Study On The Supply Of Public Services For Farmers And Herdsmen Relocated In Wuqia County

Relocation of poor people from inhospitable areas is a specific measure of targeted poverty alleviation by the state,and an important measure of poverty alleviation and development in Xinjiang.It is an effective way to protect the ecological environment and restore it.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xinjiang has made decisive achievements in poverty reduction through large-scale investment and sustained efforts.In order to maintain the sustainable and stable development of the policy and promote the improvement of the production and living standards of farmers and herdsmen relocated from inhospitable areas,it is important to realize the effective supply of public services.In this paper,farmers and herdsmen relocated in Xinjiang Wuqia County as the research object,through the relocation of farmers and herdsmen related public service problems carefully analyzed,found the existing problems,explain the reasons for the problems,and finally put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.Using literature analysis method and investigation method,this paper concludes that the supply effects of the relocated farmers and herdsmen in Wuqia County are as follows: the basic service facilities for rural life are basically improved,the social security of farmers and herdsmen is gradually established,the employment transfer of farmers and herdsmen is constantly improved,and the education problems of farmers and herdsmen’s children are solved.The public service supply of farmers and herdsmen in Wuqia County has achieved certain results after the poverty-alleviation relocation,but there are still many factors affecting the efficiency and quality of public service supply,as well as the stable improvement of the production and living standard of farmers and herdsmen,such as: The social security system is not perfect,the utilization rate of rural development infrastructure is not high,the employment level of farmers and herdsmen is not high,and the supply of rural public education is insufficient.In view of the above problem,this paper puts forward the corresponding perfect countermeasure: such as the diversification of the rural public service supply,increase employment service supply,and to strengthen the construction of rural infrastructure,improving rural basic public education,raise the level of social security measures,such as to improve the black just won county to poverty alleviation farmers move public service supply,raise the level of farmers and herdsmen production life to provide the reference.
