A Study On The Influence Of The Education Level Of The Two Committees Of The Village Branch On The Village Economy

The two village branch committees are short for the Chinese Communist Party branch committee and the villagers’ self-government committee,and they are the most prestigious grassroots organizations in rural areas.The education level of the two committees of the village branch can reflect their organization and coordination ability,influence and appeal to a certain extent.In the process of precise poverty alleviation,the village branch and two committees can make full use of the rich personal information of farmers they have to realize precise identification,precise assistance and precise management.In the process of agricultural and non-agricultural development of the village,the two committees of the village branch can use their strong social skills to help local villages attract investment and give full play to their good bridge and bond role.In addition,by combining their own experience and scientific knowledge level,the two committees of the village use the prestige and trust mechanism among the villagers to connect with the villagers,mobilize the villagers’ enthusiasm for production,and make better use of rural resources to develop new business formats such as tourism and e-commerce.Cultivate rural sustainable development capabilities,promote the improvement of quality and income of villagers,and thus promote rural revitalization.Based on the above background,this article uses the 2014 China Family Tracking Survey(CFPS)data,combined with relevant theories and empirical tests to analyze the impact of the education level of the village branch and two committees on the village economy.The main content is composed of five parts: The first part is the research background,significance,and existing research results,research ideas and methods at home and abroad.The second part focuses on the definition of the concept of the village branch,the two committees and the village economy and the explanation of the basic theory.The third part is based on the 2014 CFPS village data,and measures the economic development of the village through the two key indicators of the village economic status and the total agricultural output value,and constructs an orderly Probit and OLS including explanatory variables such as the education level of the village director and the area of cultivated land.Model to analyze the impact of the education level of the two committees of the village branch on the village economy.The fourth part is based on data analysis and basic theory,from the three levels of "village primary industry development","village collective economy development","local villagers’ income",a detailed analysis of the specific impact of the village branch and two committees on the village economy.The fifth part is to summarize and discuss,and put forward feasible suggestions from many aspects.By studying the impact of the education level of the two committees of the village branch on the village economy,this article mainly draws the following conclusions: First,it is known from the empirical results that the education level of the two committees of the village branch significantly promotes the economic status of the village and the total agricultural output value.The effect is that the higher the education level of the local village director,the better the development of the rural economy and the higher the total agricultural output value.Second,the two committees of the village branch can promote the development of the rural economy based on agriculture and increase the income of rural residents.The higher the education level of the two committees of the village branch,the more able to cultivate characteristic industries and enhance the sustainable development capacity of the village.On this basis,in order to give full play to the dominant position of the village branch committees and two committees in the development of the rural economy,specific suggestions such as "the principle of limited government" and "improving the incentive and guarantee mechanism of the village branch committees" are further put forward to improve the village branch committees.The two committees strengthen the ability of the village to enrich the people and promote the sustainable development of the village economy.
