Government Planning And Farmers’ Adaptation: The Logic Of The Construction Of Beautiful Countryside

In the context of the CPC Central Committee of building a beautiful rural strategy and promoting rural revitalization,this paper takes D Village in Anhui Province as an individual case,constructs the analysis framework of government planning and farmers’ adaptation,and studies the logic of the construction of beautiful countryside.Research found that in order to crack population hollowing out,strengthen the construction of ecological civilization,promote the overall development of urban and rural areas,the government according to the standardization,order and panoramic way,by setting up a typical,demonstration drive other villages,through renovation environment,promote ecological sustainable development,create a new era of beautiful countryside,establish a new order of rural development.However,the process of building a beautiful countryside is also a process of farmers ’interaction with the government and farmers’ self-adaptation.There are problems such as unequal government planning and the needs of some farmers,and conflicts between farmers’ living habits and the new order of rural areas.The building of a beautiful rural model village is an important face for the change of the relationship between the country and the countryside and the government and farmers.Grass-level governments should put people first,do a good job of "shopkeeper".The government planning is not offside,return people’s hearts to a good position,and effectively transform the promotion and transformation of infrastructure into the people’s sense of gain.
