Research On Government Behavior In Standardization Construction Of Child Welfare Institutions In Quanzhou

The standardization construction of child welfare institutions is the focus of civil administration standardization construction in recent years.Nowadays,Quanzhou Municipal government attaches great importance to the standardization construction of Quanzhou children’s welfare institutions,and actively promotes the relevant work of standardization construction.The author in Quanzhou children’s welfare institutions and related departments field visits,through interviews and records of staff,collect material,related statistical analysis,understand the government behavior in the process of standardization construction of children’s welfare institutions and the role of Quanzhou Municipal Government in the standardization construction of children’s welfare institutions.Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of Quanzhou children’s welfare institutions,the author found that the standardization construction of Quanzhou children’s welfare institutions has not yet formed a clear standardization system.At the same time,in the process of standardization construction,there are some problems,such as lack of operational security policies,incomplete allocation of resources,inadequate financial support for children’s welfare work and formalized supervision,which inhibit the development of standardization construction.Therefore,how the government acts is the key to solve the problem.How to build a standardized system,how to deploy the work of relevant departments,how to make rational use of resources,and how to mobilize other social forces are all worthy of government thinking and exploration.The standardization construction of children’s welfare institutions in Quanzhou is still in the initial and exploratory stage,which needs more policy and financial support from the government.Based on the analysis of Quanzhou children’s welfare institutions,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of standardization of children’s welfare institutions.
